Oscar Juarez

Oscar Juarez, age 50, passed away Wednesday, May 20, 2015 at Laurel House in La Marque. He was born in Matamoros, Mexico on February 27, 1965. He moved to Galveston at the age of 18. He was a painter by trade and worked at Wycoff for numerous years. He also worked numerous odd jobs on the Island. He was a kind and gentle human being and a very loving brother, uncle and friend. He will be sadly missed by all those who knew and loved him. He was preceded in death by his parents Meliton and Soledad Juarez. He is survived by his brothers Juan Juarez and wife Pauline, Raymundo Juarez and wife Gloria, Guadalupe Juarez and wife Marcella, Jesus Juarez and wife Adriana and Ovaldo Juarez and wife Brenda; his sisters Hilda Varela and husband Ricky, Olga Juarez and husband Jose, and Vanessa Juarez. A Rosary and Vigil Service will be held on Friday, May 22, 2015 at 7:00 P.M. at J. Levy & Termini Funeral Home, with Deacon Henry Herrera officiating. Visitation will be held prior to service time beginning at 5:00 P.M.
