Leroy George

Leroy George, age 66, passed away Monday, January 26, 2015 at UTMB Hospital. He was born in Galveston, Texas on December 19, 1948. He worked at UTMB for 30 years in the transportation department. He also worked at G.I.S.D. and Trinity Episcopal in the custodial department. He was preceded in death by his father Elroy George; his mother Ithear Cahee; his brothers Elroy George, George Cahee, Jr., Ronnie Cahee and James Cahee; and son Nathaniel Thomas He is survived by his wife Linda George; children Davonna George, Regina Frances, Elroy George, Ronald George, Eli Gillis, William Thomas and Aubrey Thomas; 13 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren; brother John Cahee; sister Joann Cahee; aunts Pinkie Flowers and Ruth Bacon; sister-in-law Nadine George; best friend Jake George; and a host of nieces and nephews and friends. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, February 10, 2015 at 7:00 P.M. at J. Levy & Termini Funeral Home, with Reverend Raymond Pinard officiating. Visitation will be held prior to service time beginning at 5:00 P.M.
