Emily, Braylee & Annabelle Gideon Obituary

Jamaica Beach, Texas —Braylee Kay Gideon (10) and Annabelle Louise Gideon (7) along with their mother, Emily Ann (Heater) Gideon (37), long-time residents of the Galveston area, gained their angel wings on October 6, 2022.

Born on November 7, 1984, Emily was a young, vibrant mother who departed much too soon. Emily fulfilled her dreams of motherhood and brought three precious children into this world; Kanon, Braylee and Annabelle. She was an attentive, loving and caring mother. She was an amazing sister and the kind of friend you could count on to be there in good times and bad. Her favorite days were spent soaking up the sun and feeling the sand in her toes alongside her children, family and friends. She loved the holidays and decorating her home for each one. Emily had career aspirations of becoming a correctional officer. She recently began certified training and was due to graduate at the end of this month, on her Mother's birthday.

Sisters, Braylee (born August 24, 2012) and Annabelle (born November 17, 2014), were attached at the hip. One word describes these beautiful girls, LOVE. Their smiles and laughter could brighten the darkest day. They were Daddy's girls and their Momma's world. Both girls loved spending time in Jiu-Jitsu training with their Daddy, Evan Gideon. To say they were water bugs and could swim like mermaids is an understatement. They loved doing art and having sleepovers with their Grams. Braylee loved horses, making necklaces and singing her heart out. Annabelle loved Unicorns and EVERYTHING pink and purple! They were social butterflies who adored playdates with their friends and cousins. These girls truly loved everyone, especially their Parents, Grams, and Big Brother, Kanon.
