Donna Ruth Gerondale

Donna Ruth Gerondale passed away Sunday March 1, 2015 with her husband by her side at her home in Galveston. Born April 2, 1937 in Toledo, Ohio, Donna had been a resident of Galveston for over 50 years. She was a loving wife, a wonderful mother, and a proud grandmother. The family wishes to express a special thanks to Hallmark Hospice for their kindness and compassion during this difficult time. She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Wayne; four sons and their spouses: Wayne and Diane, Mark and Karen, Jimmy and Jennifer, and Dean; five grandchildren: Tiffany, Jennifer, Bryan, Stephen, and Kyle; and seven great-grandchildren: Marissa, Chelsea, Mariah, April, Valerie, Jay, and Jacob. She was preceded in death by her parents Ruth and Russell Timmons; five siblings: Thelma, Christine, Leo, Russell, and Kenny; and her eldest granddaughter, Crystal Gerondale. Per her wishes, she will be cremated and there will be no services.
