Carlos P. De La Cruz, Jr.

Carlos De La Cruz, Jr., age 49, passed away Thursday, August 15, 2019 at his residence. He was born on August 14, 1970 in Monmouth, Illinois, but raised in Galveston, Texas. He will be sadly missed by his family that loved him.

He was preceded in death by his step-dad Adelaido Campos, his grandparents and his uncle Luis Perez.

He is survived by his mother Rita Campos; his wife Susie De La Cruz; his daughter Olfia April De La Cruz; his sister-in-law C.C.; his brother Joe Lewis De La Cruz; his father Carlos De La Cruz, Sr.; brothers Adelaido Campos, Jr., Alex Campos, Johnathan Campos; his sisters Yolanda Campos and Susie Campos; and numerous uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held at J. Levy & Termini Funeral Home on Thursday, August 22, 2019 at 10:00 A.M., with a memorial service following at 11:00 A.M., with Pastor Samuel Alvarado officiating.
