Services

The viewing will be on Saturday, February 14, 2015 from 9-10:30a.m. at J. Levy & Termini Funeral Home, 2128 Broadway St, Galveston.

The graveside funeral service will follow the viewing at 11:00a.m. at Grace Memorial Park Cemetery, Hitchcock.

The service officiant is Allen Isbell.

 

Gerrie Kramer died at the age of 70 on February 6, 2015 at John Sealy Hospital. She was a resident of Galveston for 54 years.

She was born in Tempe, Arizona on April 28, 1944 to George and Marie Doshier. She was the second of three daughters. She grew up in Galveston and was married three times. She raised three children and worked full time at UTMB for 25 years in the heart station and later in the vascular lab. After retirement she spent time caring for her grandson and her mother.

She is survived by her children: Joan Cooksey, Trey Cooksey (Cristi) and Alonna Sonnier; her grandson, Bryce Sonnier; and her sisters: Fredda Sue Anderson (Edward) and Karen Smith (Carl).

She is preceded in death by her father and mother, George and Marie Doshier.
