Services

Burial services are set for 10:00am Tuesday, October 21, 2014 at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery in Galveston, TX, with Deacon Sam Dell’Olio officiating.

A reception will follow at the west end Knight of Columbus Hall Council 9978.

 

Timothy Spencer Arden, 41, was born on September 27, 1973 in Conroe, TX and passed away on October 16, 2014. Burial services are set for 10:00am Tuesday, October 21, 2014 at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery in Galveston, TX, with Deacon Sam Dell’Olio officiating.

He attended Tomball ISD and graduated from the Marine Military Academy in Harlingen, TX where he drove in the winning run in the state playoffs. He served in the US Navy aboard the USS Kitty Hawk and the USS Stennis and completed two West Pacs in the Persian Gulf during Dessert Storm. He was a 3rd degree in the Knights of Columbus Council 9978 where he enjoyed doing volunteer work and spending time with good friends. He loved his job and co-workers at Blackbox/Marathon Oil.

Tim was a collector, sports fan, and fisherman but his favorite past time was enjoying time with his family and friends.

He is preceded in death by grandparents Peter and Sara Arden, Forrest and Aileen Squires, Bernard Squires, and sister Michele Arden.

He is survived by his wife Kristie Byrd-Arden, sons Spencer Ryan and Cruz Michael, parents Michael and Connie Arden, Godson Ethan Maurer and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Pallbearers are Lalo Manjarrez, Rick Thompson, Noel Artuz, Joe Cappadona, Allyn Roberts, and Peter Sapio and honorary pallbearers Liam Connor and Spencer Arden.
