Martha Brown Daeschner died on September 14, 2013. She leaves her children, John & Marian Brown, Jeff & Karen Brown, Jack & Katie Brown, Charles Daeschner, Mary & David Sydow, and Martha & David Peacock as well as twelve grandchildren, five great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her first husband, John Lee Brown in 1989 and her second husband, C.W. Daeschner, Jr. M.D. in 2009. She has been provided with loving support to her for many years by her special caregivers and friends, Gabriella Moran & Connie Martinez. The family would like to extend special gratitude to Dr. Barbara Thompson and Dr. Joan Richardson for their gracious, kind, healing hands and hearts.

Martha's faith was her spirit for life. She trusted in His love and guidance. She believed all things were possible thru God who loves us and encouraged her family not to exclude Him from their decisions and walk in life. Martha reminded us to live each day to the fullest, think good thoughts, and trusting tomorrow to God's will for us.

Services will be held Wednesday September 18th, 2013 at 10:00 A.M. at Moody Memorial First United Methodist Church, 53rd & Ave U. Galveston, TX., with Reverend Raymond Pinard and Reverend Charles Bagley officiating. Interment will follow at Galveston Memorial Park Cemetery in Hitchcock, Texas. The family will receive friends at J. Levy & Termini, 21st & Broadway, Galveston, Texas. on Tuesday, September 17, 2013 from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M.
